Nachi-Fujikoshi has developed many high-operational bearings, such as ball screws for support bearings, TAF series, and vastly unique thin walled bearings and circular bearings in the industrial machines field. The TAF-X series now has now been created by Nachi-Fujikoshi. These this will have a advanced load capacity in response to the industrial machines with complex levels of performance. Predominantly bearings for injection mold machines the need for higher levels of performance in bearings is apparent. Increased speed and higher capacity is much needed along with Long life ball screws are in demand for ball screws in support of bearings.
Nachi-Fujikoshi has improved the life span in ball screws by 1.5 when compared to conventional screw support bearings. This increased life is from improved load rating in the axial direction along with increasing the contact angle between the steel ball and the raceway along with expansion of the steel ball. Compared with conventional ball screw support bearings the thrust load has been increased by 10%. This has become possible by optimizing the design of the raceway or the permissible thrust load. By doing so this creates an area in which the peripheral portion of the bearing can be lessened. Higher speed requirements have been met simply by limiting speed and has been improved by 25%. This is due to the torque improving by 15% and improving the raceway and preloading. Nachi-Fujikoshi released the TAF-X series in November of 2016 and has an annual sales target of $2,616,000.
